Aljazira Capital appointed Naif Almesned as its new CEO.

 

Aljazira Capital’s chairman Mohammed Al-Hagbani welcomed the appointment of Almesned, adding that the move comes in line with the company’s ambitious growth strategy.

 

Almesned earlier served as the head of wealth management at NCB Capital. He has a broad experience in various fields, such as the development of strategies, business and governance. He also served in prominent positions in Barclays Investment Bank, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), and Ernst & Young.

 

Aljazira Capital is the investment arm of Bank Aljazira. It is a Saudi closed joint stock company, which was incorporated with SAR 500 million paid-in capital. It operates under the regulatory supervision of the CMA and is specialized in securities business and providing the services of dealing, underwriting, managing, arranging, advisory, and custody.
