Saudi Arabia records 302 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 302 COVID-19 cases today, March 2, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 378,002, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 286, raising the total number of recovered cases to 368,926 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,571, of which 486 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported five new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,505.

 

The Kingdom concluded 47,290 new tests, bringing up the total number of laboratory tests to 13.73 million.

 

A total of 885,410 persons have received COVID-19 vaccine to date.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 136, followed by Eastern Province (78), Makkah (37), Al Jouf (8) and Al Qassim (6).
