Saudi health ministry to offer COVID-19 vaccine in private hospitals next week

Saudi Arabia’s ministry of health will provide COVID-19 vaccine in private hospitals and medical centers as of next week, Al-Bilad paper reported.

 

The COVID-19 vaccine will be available for all residence and Saudi citizens as previously announced. The health ministry targets that 28 million people will receive the vaccine by the end of Ramadan (Mid May).

 

Acordigng to data available on Argaam, Tawfig Al-Rabiah, Saudi health minister, said that the COVID-19 vaccine will be available for free at pharmacies.

 

Saudi arabia has administered 1.1 million doses of vaccine since the start of the inoculation campaign until March 4.
