Aljazira Takaful gets license to practice general, medical insurance

Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co. received on Sunday, March 7, 2021 an updated insurance license, which includes general insurance and medical insurance, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to the data with Argaam, Aljazira Takaful recently announced its merger with Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co, through the issuance of new shares in Aljazira Takaful in favor of Solidarity, and all of Solidarity’s assets and liabilities will transfer to Aljazira Takaful.
