Saudi Fransi Capital announces changes to Taleem REIT Fund

Taleem REIT Fund increased the board members remuneration to SAR 10,000 for each meeting, with a maximum of SAR 40,000 annually, to be paid at the end of each year for all members except those who work for the fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, or for Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).

 

In a bourse statement Saudi Fransi Capital, said that the changes to the fund include canceling the board members trading ban and adding the emergency conditions to the fund's main risks.

 

The changes will be effective from April 6, 2021.
