Saudi CITC issues rating indicator of service providers for Q4 2020

Saudi Arabia's Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) published the rating indicator of service providers in terms of complaints received for the fourth quarter of 2020.

 

The total number of complaints amounted to 14,230 in Q4 2020, down compared to 14,720 in Q3 2020.

 

Mobile Telecommunications Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) accounted for the highest number of complaints of mobile services with a total of 23 complaints, and also recorded the highest number of complaints in terms of fixed line services over the same period, with 264 complaints.

 

On the other hand, Virgin Mobile recorded the lowest number of complaints in terms of mobile service, while Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) saw the lowest number of complaints in terms of fixed line services, followed by Saudi Telecom (STC) and Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO).
