Saudi Ministry of Commerce says anti-commercial cover-up regulations to clamp down on violators, crimes

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce said that the executive regulations of the anti-commercial cover-up will help clamping down on violators and detect concealment crimes, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

These regulations will help combat all types of commercial concealment by enforcing a number of measures for reporting such crimes and violations, determining incentives for whistleblowers, supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and protecting consumers against the negative impact the commercial concealment.

 

Within the National Program for Combating the Commercial Concealment, the Ministry of Commerce will be coordinating efforts with a number of entities, including Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT).
