CMA ratifies amendments to listing rules, glossary terms used in exchange rules

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, March 9, 2021, that the Capital Market Authority's (CMA) board issued a resolution on Feb. 24, 2021, approving amendments to listing rules and glossary of defined terms used in the exchange rules.

 

The amended listing rules include adding the provisions related to the conditions of listing investment fund units on Nomu – Parallel Market, amending the disclosure provisions on the Main Market and general amendments.

 

Moreover, the amendments to the glossary of defined terms used in the exchange rules include introducing the term "Capital Market Institutions" and amending the "Authorized Person" term.

 

The new amendments enter into force as of today, March 9, 2021.
