Finance ministry closes March 2021 domestic sukuk issuance worth SAR 7.67 bln

The Ministry of Finance closed the March 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated sukuk program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 7.67 billion, the ministry said in a statement.

 

The sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

 

- The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.71 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 6.71 billion, maturing in 2028.

 

- The second tranche has a size of SAR 4.96 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 4.96 billion, maturing in 2031.
