Lazurde elects new board members for upcoming term

Lazurde Company for Jewelry’s (Lazurde) shareholders approved electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 26, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 24, 2021.

 

The new board includes Abdullah Abdulaziz Saleh Al Othaim, Sabah Khalil Almouyyed, Saud Ghassan Ahmad Alsulaiman, Brian Norman Dickie, Mohammed Ebrahim Juma Al Shroogi, Salim Maroun Fakhouri, and Samer Mohammed Ahmed Al-Khawashki.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee, its duties, work regulations, and remuneration of its members for the same term.

 

The members are Sabah Khalil Almouyyed as an independent director and chairwoman, Brian Norman Dickie as a non-executive director, and Salim Maroun Fakhouri as an independent director and a specialist in finance and accounting matters.
