Saudi Arabia licensed 91 new factories worth SAR 857 million in February 2021, recent data issued by Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources showed.
The total number of factories that began actual production reached 31 last month.
The total number of existing and under-construction factories hit 9,853 across the Kingdom, compared to 9,783 in January.
The total number of Saudi and expat workers in the new facilities increased by 1,205 and 2,304, respectively in February.
