Saudi Cable says 3 audit committee members withdraw resignations

Saudi Cable Co. announced that the three board and audit committee members, have officially withdrawn their resignations, according to a bourse statement today, March 30, 2021.

This came after the board of directors convened to discuss the reasons for the resignations and decided to adopt a communication mechanism between the executive management and the committees.

The company announced on March 23, 2021, that three independent board members resigned on lack of clarity in the dealing policy between the committee and the executive management, Argaam reported.
