Al Moammar wins SAR 186 mln contract from Ministry of Health

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) secured a contract, valued at SAR 186 million included 15% valued-added tax (VAT), from the Ministry of Health, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Under the agreement, MIS will be responsible for the operation and medical maintenance of King Saud Medical City (KSMC).

 

The implementation period is five years from the date of receiving the site.

 

The contract was awarded today, March 30, 2021 and is expected to be signed on May 30, 2021.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added
