Saudi Ceramic owns 15.87% of NGDC

Saudi Ceramic Co. announced today, April 1, 2021, that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the direct listing of an investee firm, Natural Gas Distribution Co. on Nomu Parallel Market. 

 

The company owns 15.87% of Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s capital, according to a bourse filing. 

 

The natural gas distributor is also 35%-owned by National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO).
