Aljazira Takaful deposits fractional shares proceeds on April 1

Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co. deposited funds into shareholders accounts on April 1, 2021.

 

The proceeds from fractional shares were deposited in the bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios of the eligible unitholders of Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co.

 

In January this year, Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co.’ shareholders approved the merger with Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co. through capital increase at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 26, 2021.
