SADAFCO appoints chairman of remuneration, audit committees

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.'s (SADAFCO) remuneration and nominations committee, approved today, April 4, 2021, the appointment of Ahmed Mohamed Hamed Al Marzouki as the committee chairman and Hussein Mohammed Musa as the committee secretary, according to a bourse filing.

 

In addition, SADAFCO’s board of directors approved to appoint the company supervisors and representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to the application of CMA’s laws and regulations.

 

The board’s recommendation to form the audit committee will be presented at the upcoming general assembly for approval, the statement noted.
