Amiantit shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on April 26

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on amending bylaws and updating the governance policy during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 26, 2021.

 

During the meeting, they will vote on amending bylaws related to the company’s main office, management, vacancy in the board of directors, board and executive management powers, in addition to board meetings and quorum.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the board and audit reports, as well as financial statements for 2020.

 

Meanwhile, they will vote on discharging the board members from liabilities during 2020, as well as appointing an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

 

Shareholders will e-vote on the agenda items as of April 22, 2021, until the date of the EGM.
