Saudi Aramco to disclose Q1 2021 financials, dividend on May 4

Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) will disclose its financial results and dividends for Q1 2021 before the start of trading on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, the oil giant said in a statement today, April 6, 2021.

 

The next earnings webcast will be for H1 2021 results, which is expected in August 2021.

 

Saudi Aramco posted a 44% fall in net profit to SAR 184.9 billion for 2020, compared to SAR 330.8 billion a year earlier. The Q4 2020 net profit stood at SAR 51.8 billion.

 

The company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of SAR 70.33 billion for the fourth quarter of 2020 and SAR 281.28 billion for 2020.
