Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health directed the five main COVID-19 vaccination centers to receive people over the age of 60 and vaccinate them directly without making a prior appointment, Okaz newspaper reported.

Meanwhile, the other centers were directed to receive people over the age of 80 without making a prior appointment.

The ministry emphasized the necessity of facilitating the entry and registration procedures for such people and giving them the top priority over others. Then, their data should be registered in a timely manner on the ministry’s Sehha platform so that the second dose can be scheduled for them at the specified time.
