Wataniya Insurance says board member resigns

Wataniya Insurance Co. announced that the board of directors accepted today, April 12, 2021, the resignation of Soren Nikolajsen from his position as non-executive board member.

 

The resignation takes effect on April 13, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing, adding that the resignation was submitted due to personal reasons.
