Saudi Arabia records 951 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 951 COVID-19 cases today, April 13, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 400,228, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 608, raising the total number of recovered cases to 384,635 (97% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 8,820, of which 962 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported eight new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,773.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 389, followed by Makkah (212), Eastern Province (144), Asir (38), and Madinah (32).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 61,853 new tests, bringing the total number of laboratory tests to 15.92 million.

 

More than 6.44 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the Kingdom to date.
