Alhokair Group names chairman, vice chairman

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development’s (Alhokair Group) board of directors appointed Majid bin AbdulMohsen Alhokair as chairman, and Amr bin Abdulaziz Al Jalal as vice chairman of the board of directors for the current three-year term, started on April 19, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board, in its meeting held on April 19, also named Sami Al-Hokair, as managing director.

 

During the meeting, the board endorsed the formation of the executive committee as well as the nomination and remuneration committee, and named the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The formation of the audit committee was approved during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 18, 2021.
