Tasnee shareholders to start e-voting on OGM agenda on April 25

Shareholders of National Industrialization Co. (Tasnee) will start on April 25, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for April 29.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on audited financial statements and audit report for 2020, during the OGM that will be held on April 29, 2021, Argaam earlier reported.

 

They will also vote on the board report for the same period as well as discharging board members from liabilities during 2020.
