Saudi Enaya shareholders to vote on board, auditor reports for 2020 on May 30

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting, slated for May 30, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders will also appoint an audit committee, in addition to setting its tasks, for the upcoming three-year term ending Jan. 7, 2024.

Additionally, they will vote on appointing an external auditor to review financial statement for Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

During the meeting, shareholders will discuss amending the remuneration policy for board members, committees, and executives.
