Saudi private sector localization rate rises to 22.75% in Q1 2021

The rate of localization in the private sector facilities rose to 22.75% in the first quarter of 2021, compared to 20.37% during the same period last year, data from the Human Resources Development Fund’s (Hadaf) National Labor Observatory showed.

 

The number of Saudi private sector subscribers in social insurance amounted to 1.84 million in Q1 2021, including 62.8% males and 37.2% females.

 

The Eastern Province ranked first in Saudization with 25.7%, followed by Riyadh with 24.5%, Makkah at 21.4%, Madinah at 19.3%, and Asir at 17.5%.
