AYYAN Investment shareholders approve board, audit reports for 2020

AYYAN Investment Co.'s shareholders approved the board and audit reports, as well as audited financial statements for 2020, during the extraordinary general meeting held on April 28, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

They appointed Al Azem, Al Sudairy, Al Shaikh & Partners CPA's & Consultants as an external auditor to review financial statements for Q1, Q2 and Q3 of 2021 and Q1 of 2022.

 

Shareholders also approved absolving the board members from liability for 2020, and ratified works and contracts concluded between AYYAN and other companies.
