SADAFCO to start e-voting on OGM agenda on May 2

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) will start on May 2, the electric voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for May 6, 2021.

 

Shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee and set its duties, work regulations, and remuneration for the new term, starting from OGM date until March 31, 2024.
