Saudi Paper names Abdullah Alkharashi as chairman, Bashar Abalkhail vice chairman

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s (SPM) board of directors, in its meeting held on April 28, 2021, named Abdullah Alkharashi as chairman of the board, and Bashar Abalkhail, as Vice Chairman, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

The board also appointed the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) as well as the secretary of the board of directors.

 

During the meeting, the board discussed the formation of an audit committee, an executive committee, and a nomination and remuneration committee, the statement added
