AlAhli Takaful shareholders approve amending bylaws

Alahli Takaful Co.’s shareholders approved amending the company's bylaws, during the extraordinary general meeting held on April 29, 2021.

The amendments relate to capital increase and decrease, the company's management, and the authorities of the board members.

Shareholders also approved the board and auditor reports, and financial statements for 2020. In addition, they endorsed the board renumeration at a total value of SAR 2.56 million for last year.
