Yanbu Cement announces board member resignation

Yanbu Cement Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation of board member Ahmed Zugail (non-executive), effective as of May 2, 2021.

 

The resignation was submitted today, May 2, due to business reasons, the company said in a bourse filing.
