Arriyadh Development board appoints new audit committee member

Arriyadh Development Co.’s (ARDCO) board of directors approved the appointment of Sulaiman bin Nasser Al-Hattlan as a member of the audit committee, starting May 5, 2021, until the end of the current session of the committee on June 24, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

The board decision will be put up for approval during the next general assembly meeting.

Al-Hattlan has extensive practical experience in the financial and accounting fields, in addition to his membership in the boards and committees of many companies. He holds a bachelor degree in accounting from King Saud University, and a master degree in accounting from California State University in the US.
