Edaa deposits TADCO’s subscribed securities into shareholders’ portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposits today, May 6, 2021, Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) subscribed securities into the Center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders.

 

According to data available with Argaam, TADCO undertook capital hike from SAR 241.77 million to SAR 391.77 million through a rights issue of 15 million shares at SAR 10 per share.

 

The rights issue shares were 82.06% subscribed, as subscribers injected SAR 123.1 million in 12.31 million shares.
