Red Sea says audit committee member resigns

Red Sea International Co.'s board of directors accepted today, May 6, 2021, the resignation of Khalid Mohammed Fagih, an independent audit committee member, which will take effect starting from May 10, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation, which was submitted on May 3, came to satisfy the corporate governance requirements.
