SADAFCO shareholders approve audit committee formation

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.’s (SADAFCO) shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 6, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The members are Faisal Hamad Mubarak Al-Ayyar, Ahmed Mohammad Hamid Al-Marzouki, and Said Ahmed Said Basamh.
