Saudi Arabia imposes institutional quarantine on all visitors from unbanned countries

Saudi Arabia decided that all visitors coming from countries, where there is no travel ban, need to go into institutional quarantine upon their arrival to the Kingdom, an official source said at the Ministry of Interior said.
 

The following categories are exempt from these measures:

At airports, citizens, citizens' spouses, sons and daughters of citizens, and domestic workers accompanying any of the aforementioned groups; unvaccinated domestic workers accompanying a vaccinated resident; vaccinated travelers; official delegations; holders of diplomatic visas, diplomats and their families residing with them and airline crews

At land and sea ports, citizens, citizens' spouses, sons and daughters of citizens, and domestic workers accompanying any of the aforementioned groups; vaccinated travelers; holders of diplomatic visas, sea crews; truck drivers and their assistants from all ports; and those involved in health supply chains, according to the Ministry of Health.

The unvaccinated travelers also must undergo a PCR test for coronavirus on the first and seventh day of their arrival.
