Saudi Arabia records 1,116 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,116 COVID-19 cases today,May 13, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 430,505, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 1,129, raising the total number of recovered cases to 414,139(96% of total COVID-19 cases). 

 

The Kingdom reported 11 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 7,122.

 

Active cases totaled 9,244, of which 1,344 cases are critical. 

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 377, followed by Makkah (320),Eastern Province (134), Madinah (71) and Asir (54).

 

The Kingdom conducted 71,500 new tests, bringing up the total number to 17.81 million.  

 

More than 11.2 million doses have been administered to people in the Kingdom to date.
