Jarir Marketing Co.’s shareholders will start on May 23,2021, the electric voting on agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 26, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will discuss authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
They will also vote on board and audit reports, and financial statements for 2020, endorse board remuneration of SAR 2.65 million for last year, and several business contracts concluded by the company.
