Tihama's unit inks contract with government entity to produce documentary films

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s subsidiary, Integrated Production Co. for Audiovisual Media Production, signed a contract with a government entity to produce documentary films.

The company said in a bourse filing that the contract, awarded on March 19, 2021, was signed today, May 23, as its value exceeds 5% of the company's total revenue, according to the most recent annual audited financial statements.

The contract duration is 16 months from the date of the project start-up minutes.

The impact will be reflected in the coming financial periods and according to the implementation of the work scope.

There are no related parties, the statement noted.
