MSCI Inc, the provider of research-based indexes and analytics, will implement the changes of its semi-annual Index Review for May 2021 in the Saudi market today, May 27, 2021.
National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem) and Mouwasat Medical Services Co. were added to the Leading Companies Index, bringing the number of companies under this classification to 34.
The global index compiler also added Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co., Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS), Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO), Saudi Airlines Catering Co. and Nomu-listed Riyadh Cement Co. to MSCI Saudi Arabia Small Cap Index, raising the number of companies pertaining to this category to 48.
