Saudi Cable relieves Meyassar Nowailati as chairman, appoints Abdulrahman Alkhayal

Saudi Cable Co.’s board of directors approved on May 26, 2021, the recommendation passed by the majority of the members to relieve Meyassar A. Nowailati from the post of chairman, effective today, May 27, 2021.

 

However, he shall continue as a non-executive board member, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company appointed Abdulrahman I. Alkhayal as chairman with immediate effect.

 

Mahmoud Mansour M. Abdulgafar was also relieved from his position as vice-chairman on his request, effective today. He shall continue as an independent board member and chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee.

 

Noha Abdulghani H. Sulaimani was named vice-chairperson and will continue as an independent member and chairperson of the audit committee.
