Al-Babtain shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2021

Shareholders of Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 27, 2021.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting July 27, 2021.

 

The board members are Abdulaziz Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Babtain, Khaled Mohammed Abdullah Ababtain, Khaled Mohammed Abdullah Abdulrahman ABabtain, Ibrahim Hamad Abdullah ABabtain, Abdulkareem Hamad Abdullah Al-Babtain, Sultan Hamad Abdullah Al-Babtain, Abdullah Sakheer Mohammed Al Husany, and Mgren Ghazy Zaar Al Dalabhy and Mohammed Abdullah Basher Al-Rasheed as represented for Public Pension Agency.

 

Moreover, they also approved the board and audit reports, and audited financial statements for 2020, as well as appointed Al Bassam & Co. as an auditor to review Q2, Q3, Q4, and 2021 and Q1 2022 financials, and discharged board members of liabilities for 2020.
