Zahrat Al Waha to open board membership nominations on June 1

Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co. will open the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Dec. 26, 2021.

 

Applicants can submit their applications for nomination from June1 until June 30, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
