Saudi National Bank names Ammar Alkhudairy as chairman

Saudi National Bank's board of directors approved the appointment of Ammar Abdul Wahid Al Khudairy as chairman of the board of directors, and Yazeed Abdulrahman Alhumied as vice chairman for the new three-year term, starting May 15, 2021, the bank said in a bourse filing.

 

The board of directors also appointed Abdullah Abdulrahman AlRowais as head of the audit committee, conditional on the approval of the bank's general assembly in its first meeting.

 

The appointments came after the bank received no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) today, May 31, 2021.
