SAIC postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) postponed the second meeting of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), slated to be held on May 31, 2021, due to lack of quorum.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that it will subsequently call for a third EGM after setting the date and obtaining the approval of the competent authorities.

 

The previously announced due date for the distribution of dividends will be postponed until further announcement of the new EGM date.
