Al Jouf Cement Co. shareholders will vote on the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 22, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also discuss appointing an auditor to review Q2, Q3, Q4, and 2021, and Q1 2022 financial statements, and determine their fees.
In addition, they will vote on discharging the board from liability for 2020.
Shareholders can vote on agenda items as of June 18, 2021, through Tadawulaty service.
