stc shareholders approve audit committee formation

Shareholders of stc approved the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year term starting from June 1, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 1, 2021.

 

The audit committee members are Waleed I. Shukri, Khaled A. AlAnkari, Medhat F. Tawfik and Ammr K. Kurdi.

 

Shareholders also approved amending the audit committee charter.
