6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) Lazurde Company for Jewelry (Lazurde) said that the trading period for rights issue and subscription for new shares will begin today, June 7, 2021.

 

2) Tourism Enterprises Co.’s (Shams) board of directors approved the formation of three board committees.

 

3) Saudi Ground Services Co.'s (SGS) shareholders approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020.

 

4) Knowledge Economic City’s (KEC) shareholders will vote on June 27, 2021, electing a new board for the upcoming three-year term ending July 27, 2021.

 

5) Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) shareholders are set to vote on June 27, 2021, on the board and audit reports, as well as consolidated financial statements for 2020.

 

6) Brent crude on Monday declined 32 cents to reach $71.57 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 24 cents to reach $69.38/bbl.
