Knowledge City shareholders to elect new board members on June 27

Knowledge Economic City’s (KEC) shareholders will vote on electing a new board for the upcoming three-year term ending July 27, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on June 27, 2021.

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board and auditor's reports, as well as the financial statements for 2020.

Additionally, they will vote on the appointment of the audit committee and allow the engagement of board member Walid Alissa in a competing business.

The e-voting on the agenda items will start on June 22, 2021.
