Saudi Cable shareholders to vote on 2020 board, audit reports on June 28

Saudi Cable Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board and audit reports, and financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to be held on June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the authorization powers, as stipulated in the Companies Law, to the company's board of directors, for a period of one year starting from the OGM date.
