Saudi Arabia records 1,286 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,286 COVID-19 cases today, June 10, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 462,528, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 982, raising the total number of recovered cases to 444,792 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 16 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 7,519.

 

Active cases totaled 10,217, of which 1,553 cases are critical.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 419, followed by Riyadh (263), Eastern Province (191), Asir (98) and Jazan (87).

 

The Kingdom conducted 92,220 new tests, bringing up the total number to 20.11 million.  

 

More than 15.42 million doses have been administered to people in the Kingdom to date.
